All internet use during business hours is restricted to business only. Exceptions will be made for emergencies or prior approval. This policy includes cell phone usage. It has been decided that we need more coordination when it comes to posting company information, such as upcoming sales, pictures, availability on the internet. Dear Strolleria, On September 23, 2019, I purchased one of your Silver Cross Balmoral Pram baby strollers.  It was ordered online through your web site,   https://strolleria.com/products/silver-cross-balmoral-pram?variant=15922661687370&gclid=Cj0KCQjwwr32BRD4ARIsAAJNf_0XUafapCbgeN20y The purchase price was $3,999.00 with free shipping.  It was purchased to be used for my first child.  Upon receipt of the product, we found no damage to the packaging.  The product was received with assembly needed.  In attempting to put this together we found the linkage to be broken.  At the cost of the item, we are most concerned.
