On September 23, 2019, I purchased one of your Silver Cross Balmoral Pram baby strollers. It was ordered online through your web site,

The purchase price was $3,999.00 with free shipping. It was purchased to be used for my first child. Upon receipt of the product, we found no damage to the packaging. The product was received with assembly needed. In attempting to put this together we found the linkage to be broken. At the cost of the item, we are most concerned.

In order to resolve this issue, we would like to have the item replaced or our credit card refunded in full. Your full attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
