Need to become more familiar with the filing system, but overall learning

Handwriting is very sloppy, and phone etiquette needs improvement

Has been late or missed a day this quarter

Received two complaints this quarter from  Mrs. Coral and Mrs. Schmitt, both on file, according to customers.  Thought employee was not friendly.

5. Appearance/Dress Code                                 Excellent 4
If anything Mr. Eisenhower is overdressed

6. The appearance of Work Ares                             Need Improvement 1
It seems very disorganized.

7.  Knowledge of Company                                Needs Improvement 1
Even though Mr. Eisenhower has been with us for some time, he still needs to improve his understanding of our products.

He has been offered the opportunity to attend seminars and classes on insurance but to date has been unwilling to participate

 Business Phone Etiquette  It is better to not answer the phone then to answer it incorrectly. 1. Go over how the phone works.   It is essential to know how the phone you are going to be using works.  Never be afraid to ask a question. 2. The proper way to answer incoming calls from an outside caller. It is an excellent idea to inquiry with your employer how they would prefer the phones to be answered.  Always be polite and use a business manner. 3. The proper way to answer calls from inside the company. If a call is coming from inside your company, it should still be handled in a business manner.
