Zoom is being used nationwide to unite workers and students. At this time, due to the Conravirus, we all must work from home. As a result, we are going to provide a useful guide to show how to use Zoom.  

To create your own Zoom account, go to Zoom.us.   This web site provides a ton of information, including how to join for free. All you need to do is click on "sign up for free." 




You will need to sign in with a legitimate email address, our employes should use your work email.  You will also need to verify the time standard etc. are accurate and several other necessary information. Once you've complete this part your 1st page will look similar to the following:

and a Knowledge Center 


We are also aware that at this time, it is necessary for us all to work together to keep in touch with not only co-workers but family and friends.  As such, we suggest that all our employees reach out and set up meetings with the people in your lives.

This is quickly done with Zoom click HOST A MEETINGLAUNCH THE MEETINGOPEN ZOOM, and when your screen opens, click on the INVITE button on the bottom ribbon. Pick your e-mail, and an invitation with all the necessary information will be formed.  All you need to do then is add the address and hit send


This way, we will all be able to keep our business running and have peace of mind about our families.
